Your concert recording is a downloadable video file of the concert in MP4 format that you can play on your computer.
When you have purchased the product, the purchase confirmation page includes a link that allows you to directly download your video file. When you click the link, the file will automatically download.
To play the video, simply click on the downloaded file and the video will play in your default video player.
You should have also received a confirmation email that includes the download link and playing instructions.
Your order confirmation email that you received from us, also includes a video download link
If you had problems downloading the video from the initial download page, you can also re-download the video by clicking the download link in the email.
How long will the file take to download
The download time will depend on the length of the concert (file size) and the speed of your internet connection.
The average concert is approximately 5GB in size,
ADSL2 home internet – between 1 – 1.5 hours (approximately)
NBN internet (standard speed) – between 15 – 30 min (approximately)
What if I have download problems?
When downloading large files from the internet, sometimes failed download problems occur, when there are interruptions or problems with the line/internet connection.
This problem is more common with the slower, less reliable ADSL internet connections.
If you are having problems with failed downloads, we recommend the use of “download manager” software, which you install on your computer (Windows or Mac), which both speeds up the download time, but also automatically restarts the download if it is interrupted.
Our recommended download manager software is:
Free Download Manager from www.freedownloadmanager.org

both Windows and macOS versions available.
I downloaded the video, where is it on my computer?
Normally, the file will be in the default “Downloads” folder on your computer. When the file downloads, you will be given the prompt to open and play the file.
Once downloaded, you can also move the file anywhere else on your computer, or also, copy the file to a USB stick for backup.
